Cannot get past the windows logo or windows setup screen

I have a ThinkCentre A70z  with 2Gb DDR2 RAM and Intel Core 2 Duo CPU,  It was working well but now it wont get past the Windogs Logo at the begining. And if I try to reformat it hangs on the "Setup is Starting windows" screen.  Iv'e changed HDDs, flahed the BIOS, changed the RaM AND NOTHING.

 

PLEASE HELP...

Same issue as you. Replaced HDD, reseated RAM. Nothing works.
