I have a new M91p with a Radeon 6450 graphics card and a ThinkVision LT2452p 24" monitor. Everything works fine if I use the DVI port on the card and the monitor. But if I use the DisplayPort to DisplayPort connection instead, the monitor works fine except about every minute or so, it goes black for a few seconds then comes back on (whether I hit the keyboard or mouse or not). It's almost as if the monitor goes looking for another connection (although it doesn't say that on the screen). I don't see any settings on the monitor or the Radeon software to account for this.
Anyone have any ideas?
