Does IBM Think Centre M50 8187 LNU support with Graphics Card Ati Radeon 9700??

Ok, I use a IBM Think Centre M50 8187 LNU, I want to use the VGA Ati Radeon 9700 pro, I am questioning is does I need to also buy a new Power Supply? 

 

Does  Ati Radeon 9700pro can be run as normal and good work on the machine type Think Centre M50 8187 LNU if I stiil use original Power Supply (~250 Watt)??
