How do I load a new Hard Drive with the OS if I don't have the product recovery cds?

My hard drive died and i have the ibm recovery program, but no product recovery cds. Is there a way to load the OS onto the Hard drive without them? I have a thinkcentre a50.

if you don't have a recovery media, then you can't load an OS to your new hdd.
