How to add second serial port (COM2) ThinkCentre M58p 6209

How to add second serial port in ThinkCentre M58p (6209)? On motherboard is socket described COM2, but it have 11 pins. All extension panel have only 9 pin... For example: http://static.frazpc.pl/board/2008/01/120136493129149886.jpg

It's ok. Look at http://www.frontx.com/pro/cpx102_2.html. There are two variants of motherboard socket. You must check pin assignment.

I don't understand... Do I have to get 9-pin socket and resolded the pins? I think is posiible to buy socket witk 11pin socket, but where? I can't find original part...

I'm sorry. My mistake. The standard COM motherboard header has 10 (9) pins. Do You have the pinout diagram for motherboard connector?

It's only one way to avoid the damage of serial port on the motherboard except the use of original part. Unfortunately, the manufacturers are using different standards. The 9-pin connector is used in most cases, but pin configuration may differs.
