IBM 8114a98 Heat Sink Problem Help

hello

my name is irfan before some days i was going ti market for purchase one ibm system model name is       Ibm 8114a98  thinkcenter lenovo

Ram-1GB  Hard-80GB  Processor-3GHZ Tower Black

now i am not happy performance of my this system

Problem is Voice of my system Fan is so bad and high..

after 20 mints my system is auto HANG...... Stop NOt working anything

then restart..... and work again just 15-20 mints with high voice of fane

when i play any game system is still doing this same **bleep**t... HANg HANG HANG.... then i am going to market for reapir i purchase one new fan and heat sink for my system but........................... still same Problem

so i stop use my system

plese any body tell me the best sloution for this problem ................ what i can do....... is that hardware problem or....
