Lcd monitor not working

I am getting wierd pattern as soon as i switch on my desktop. Here is a preview:

The issue could be with the Lcd Monitor, can you check with the another monitor and confirm it is existing Lcd monitor issue.

your LCD screen panel has cracked. This is why you are seeing the pattern and all those weird lines.
