Hi all,
I've a 7033 thinkcentre with Windows 7 Sp1 64bit and I'm experiencing an high, strange, memory consumption. When you boot Windows is using about 900mb of mem. If you leave untouched the pc after 24hrs you'll find 3gb or more of memory used.
Looking online this seems a well known behaviour due to some BIOS question and everywhere, also on microsoft website, is told to disable a bios feature like memory remapping. M90 does not have any similar choice in che BIOS settings.
Does anyone have suggestions?
Thanks
Ste

Hello,
Task Manager should be able to help you identify what is hogging your resource.
So, open the Task Manager via right clicking on the Task Bar (bottom of your screen) and clciking "Start Task Manager." Now, once opened, click the Performance tab and then activate the Resource Monitor by clicking the Resource Monitor button. Continue by clicking the Memory tab and you should be at a screen that looks like this:
Hopefully the information available in this view will help you identify the process/program that is hogging your memory resources.
Good luck!
