Hello,
We've purchased a few ThinkCentre computers with Intel HD graphic adapter (M90p etc.).
After installing Windows 7 SP1 32-bit and the newest drivers from Intel site 15.26.5.2656, whenever playing a video (any type of video), there's a BSOD and Windows crashes.
In the mini-dump file it says that Windows crashed because of file named "igxpdx32.dll".
This happens on every PC that has Intel HD (also L420).
Only when downgraded the driver to an old version (I think it was Windows XP 14.46.9.5394) videos are working as expected, but Windows AERO is turned off (because the driver is not WDDM 1.0?).
Did anyone had the same issue and know how to fix it?
THANK YOU

This issue is due to the driver only.
First you need to make sure the display driver version is 8.15.10.2202

After this you need to disable the Hardware acceleration
1. Choose Start > Control Panel.
2. Double click Personalization and select Display Settings.
3. Click Advanced Settings.
4. Click Change Settings on the Troubleshooting tab.
5. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to None.
6. Click Apply and then click OK to accept the new setting and close the dialog box.
7. Click OK to close the Display Properties dialog box.
8. Restart Windows.
I hop your issue gets resolve after this.
Best Regards,
Tanuj
