Hi bboy_leo, welcome to the forum,

entering your type ond model number on the support site, quick path, brings up the following information;

ThinkCentre M57e (9488-A11)

Based on 9488-ABG: Intel® Celeron® 440 Processor, 2GB+512MB, 80GB 7200RPM S-ATA HDD, no diskette drive, PCI/PCIe Tower (4x5), Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100, DVD Recordable, Intel Gigabit Ethernet, Windows Vista Business 32

Entering your type and model number will then assist you to find drivers, alternatively you could visit the M57e driver matrice or install Lenovo SystemUpdate which should get the drivers you need.
