Network card (NIC) does not work with DHCP or static IP

Hi, I have a ThinkCentre M70e (0809-C6S) with a problem in the network card. The link led is on and Windows detect that a cable has been connected. But the network can not adquire a DHCP lease and does not work with static IP. I uninstalled the antivirus and tested booting to network to no avail. Connecting the same cable to another PC, works fine. Could it be that the NIC was "burned"? Thanks Oliver

Please check your router whether the ethernet port has powersave mode enabled. If enabled, disable it and try again.

Thanks will check the power settings too. But I solved this problem by doing: - uninstall antivirus - uninstall Marvell NIC driver - reboot - turn off NIC in BIOS - power off PC - turn on NIC in BIOS - install the Marvell NIC driver downloaded in another PC - install antivirus Now the NIC is working again!
