Same issue. We re-image, problem goes away for a while, and then - blam - it's back. Our boot-up times hover at 15 minutes. We get the first Wondows screen, then the screen goes black for 15 minutes, then boot completes and system appears to work fine.

I've got 3 M81 5049R86 running continously on Windows XP SP3, I've also noticed the all 3 PC would have longer boot time after running 1 months since first installed. The boot time when normal at the beginning is about 35 secs, I checked the first few weeks since installed, it remained the same. Until threre seems a time threshold of about 1 month, the boot time goes more than a minute and keeps increasing.
A PC has run 3 months can take up more than 10 minutes to boot up.
If I use Windows system restore to go back to the day when the time measurement was good, the boot time is back to normal.
I've also noticed the C: disk size increses more than 20 MB every day even there is no application software installed
I would be good if this can be resolved otherwise I need to replace all the M81.

Lead_org,
Appreciate your response very much. I do not hold much hope to resolve the issue so have not checked the discussion for a week.
How can I turn the windows automatic backup all off?

I have the exact same problem on 50 M81.
The first weeks everything was fine then its slow down.
Now the boot take about 3 to 5 minutes on all the M81.
and one with a 10 minutes boot!!!
I checked for Software or Windows update but found nothing wrong.
I dont know what to do now...
Help would be appreciate
Run on XP SP3

You may want to try these troubleshooting steps:

Does it hang when you boot into safe mode? Are you showing any errors or warnings in Event Viewer?
