ThinkCentre 8143 (M51) does not boot

IBM Thinkcentre 8183 (M51) that no longer boots. The fans all power on, but there are no beeps, no monitor, keyboard lights up for a second and mouse lights is on. I have reseated RAM memory, but still does the same thing.  I have an 80GB SATA HD.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you see anything on the display (POST)? May sound mundane, but have you tried using another monitor? I had this problem today, where the monitor was defective.
