Hi,
I bought a ThinkCentre 9637-P1G.
I installed Debian and restarted the computer with the acpi-cpufreq driver. The maximum CPU clock speed is 700Mhz. As soon as I disable the driver I have a clock speed of 1.86GHz.
The same problem occurs on Ubuntu, Fedora and SuSe.
I think it has to do with a BIOS update. Before I made the update, the processor running at 1.86 Ghz and 1.6 Ghz.
Unfortunately I can not download the old BIOS. I think it is related to the ACPI table.
How can I solve the problem or contact Lenovo to the situation?
Yours sincerely,
Rene
