I formated this desktop and i didn't find the audio drivers , in details tab from Device Manager there is this code
ACPI\NSC1200 *NSC1200
i will be very happy if somebody help me !! ![]()

The item in the device manager is the Trusted Platform Module, a security device that interfaces with software to encrypt the hard drive, among other things.
Neither the TPM nor the audio in your machine is supported by Lenovo under Windows 7. Drivers for the audio should be available from Windows Update. Not sure about drivers for the TPM, but try Windows Update for that as well. You could also just diable the TPM in device manager.

The TPM driver for XP will work for win 7 if ran in compatibility mode. Just run the TPM installer file in xp sp3 compatibility mode and as administrator. Same with the audio drivers except use the vista drivers.

Did you find a solution to your problem of no sound, I think I have the same problem now I have installed Win7, I tried the Soundmax install but it said after reboot no ADI codec!

Davidmccririck , i didn't find a solution to my problem downgrade to vista again , i am thinking to upgrade the ram because the system is very slow even changing operating system to xp pro !! ![]()
