Problem : No Display even from BIOS

Mach type : 7943 -CTO + Lenovo LCD

 

Use other CRT Monitor - Working fine for both ports (onboard and PCI-E )
            - Machine boot normally and working fine .

Took the Lenovo LCD and plug to other cpu and also my Thinkpad -  working fine.

If plugged the LCD back to the CPU - No Display  
LCD led orange color with - msg "Power Saving Mode"

 

Need some help here
