Thinkcentre A55 8705-CTO BIOS update not working

Ok i was trying to update my system BIOS using windows vista, but then during the Flash process, an error comes up saying that i have no administrator priviliges to access the file (even though i am the administrator of the computer) : C:\LENOVOTOOLS\FLASH\2OJY48USA\PHLASHNT.SYS.

 

Error code:5
