Model m57p 9088 CTO with Multimedia for Think Offerings version 9.0.629 (build 906B29E) running Vista w/SP1 installed. The Multimedia Center shows no burning drive detected even though I have 2 CD Burner drives. I cannot burn a disc from any application; believe that possibly SP 1 may have caused the problem as I WAS initially able to burn from iTtunes and Rescue & Recovery. Now I am told that I have no burner detected.
Any suggestions before I call Tech Support?
Thanks,
Sue

I still have no solution to this problem. Using the Systems Update, I downloaded the newest version of Multimedia Center for Think Offerings (after uninstalling previous version which installation instructions said was necessary). Now I can't even open the Multimedia Center as I get an error message saying that the Certificate file is missing or corrupted and that I should reinstall it. This message is from Roxio. Does anyone know where to find this certificate file? HELP - I can't burn ANY CD's/DVD's from any application.
