Video Not Displaying, ThinkCentre M 8120

So, my cpu was working fine until the montor went blank, and mouse/keyboard would not bring the screen back up.

Note: I did confirm monitor works properly in other computers.

I turned off CPU and disconnected all cords.

I recieved NO Beep.

Then 2 short 1 LOOOOOOOOOOOOG (never ending) beep.

Note; I check power, and everything is perfect. Cpu work, just does not boot on screen.

According to your troubleshooting I need to take the following action:

1. System board
2. LCD assembly
3. DIMM

However, I am not sure what they mean. One advice was to reseat LCD, however, I don't know where the video card is located.

Please help.

Do refer to the following Hardware Maintenance Manual :

For 1 - it refers to you checking if there is any loose components

For 2 - it refers to the monitor and for you to check that all cable is connected correctly

For 3 - it refers to the RAM of your motherboardm whereby you should remove and then resit the memory.
