boot diskette image

New to the forum here.  I need to find a boot diskette image for a Lenovo 3245-A1U.  I looked under the drivers and other support for this model with no luck.

 

I need to use this for my Altiris imaging server w/ PXE.

 

Is there a special place that I can find these on the Lenovo site? Thanks in advance.
