need telephone number for tech support on M58 desktop

I have been calling  800-426-7378 for the last week trying to get a tech on the phone for support on my new desktop. every time I get to the prompt to enter my machine type and enter it I get a fast busy. is this a good phone number? is there an alternate phone number?

I haven't had any problems with it and I call it regularly. Enter in another machines # since they ask for it when your talking with the tech anyways. Plus I thought there was an option if you didn't know you machine #. Try that and wee what you get.
