Our company has seen several M52's and M55's with proc fans running at full speed. BIOS upgrades did not help, nor did setting the fan accoustics to "quiet". We ultimately had to call for Lenovo on site support to resolve this. The techs replaced both the sys boards and proc fans in each of the offending PC's.
