I have a user with a 8104-E2U with Windows XP and Office XP. When there are several programs open and you  switch from one program to another, the previous screen image is still visible under the current screen image. Any suggestions what would be causing this and how to fix it.

do you have several screens that you can try to replicate the same problem with?

I think we finally narrowed it down to a program called IMA. The infomation first received was second hand. I have now talked to the user and seen it for myself, it only happens in IMA. Thanks for you help.
