Unknown driver problem

under details shows: ACPI\WEC1000\1

I am seeing this in device mangler for a PC we're configuring, but in a different model than OP.

Mine is a ThinkCentre M58 Type 8910.

This fixed itself after we installed SP3 for XP, then ran Windows Update a couple times.

Hi, Sameone can helpme, please, my problem is similar "Unknown USB driver", my IBM computer model is, 8171-RSB, series S51,  with XP SP3

Install Intel's chipset driver. It must include USB drivers.
