BIOS updates for Thinkpad 760XD and 765 are missing in driver matrix and "Use quick Path"

The BIOS updates for Thinkpads 760XD and all 765 are not mentioned in the Lenovo download area - neither via driver matrix nor using quick path.

I could find the BIOS 2.13 HXET60WW 12-09-99 hidden in the Lenovo download area by trial and error:
