I am unable to to get a complete printout of the driver matrices for any of my thinkpads. When I request a printout, instead of getting an 11 or 12 page report, all I get is a truncated 3 page report, and only the second page of the report has any driver matrices information on it.
Typically, the first page of the report only contains the top and left side panels of the first web page, but no driver matrices information, just white spaces. The second page of the report will contain the first page of the actual driver matrice, while the third page of the report contains about 10 lines, consisting of the bottom panel of the last web page, which is the date stamp.
I tried to print driver matrices for some other models, and observed the same problem on many of them as well.
What is the point of a print ICON if it does not print anything?
Admin edit: removed empty spaces

Using IE8, I was able to use a similar work around. I selected and copied the driver info, then under the FILE drop down, I selected PRINT PREVIEW. I then selected the drop down from the "As laid out on screen" box and selected "As selected on screen". Then, when you print this, it produces the required 11 or 12 page report. You don't get the headers, nor the date stamp, but at least you get the body of the report.

Problem still exists. It was never fixed. I cannot get a full listing of any of the driver matrices, even with the "new" support web site. All you ever get is the same 3 page truncated listing as originally reported.

i noticed the same behavior on the x220 driver matrix page yesterday. printing yielded 3 of the 10 actual pages.
solution (in firefox 14, at least)... right-click anywhere that's blank within the matrix area and select "print frame". voila! 10 of 10 pages printed.
hth someone.
cheers!

Yet another redesign of the web site. Problem still not fixed. It is actually worse now. You now get a 4 page printout, but only page 2 contains any driver matrix information.
