Lot of errors on support and download sites [ Edited ]

Hi Mornsgrans,

Thanks for all the feedback.

1) The M55 and M55p BIOS pages have been fixed. Now both amt and non-amt links are on the driver matrix and driver listing.

2) "Very often a driver download page must be reloaded with F5-key until the driver(s) download link will be shown" this issue is fixed as well

3) Most of the broken links are also fixed.

4) BIOS update-Matrix:http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=HT036373.

    This page is not being updated and you should refer to the driver matrix instead.

We will be continuously working to resolve the issues found on this thread. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for the good news. - I will test the links this evening CEST.

One more issue i've found:

• Goto http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/default.page?
• Select "Use Quick Path" and input "T61"
• From the result list select any T61-Type
• Click on "Download Drivers & Software"

No audio-driver will be shown, even after i had expanded all items - pooh what a lot of clicks....

Isn't there and possibility to add an "Expand all" button on top of the list?

The links have been fixed, but the target pages and the download files still not exist

1)   Conflicting data and typographical errors within the entries for: ThinkVantage Active Protection System.

1. The matrice entry for: Windows 7 (32-bit), Vista(32-bit), XP, 2000, has a release date of 28 Jul 2011 and a version number of 1.74. It should be 1.75. Version 1.74 is the previous driver and was released on 21 Jan 2011. Document: ThinkVantage Active Protection System for Windows 7 (32-bit), Vista(32-bit), XP, 2000 – ThinkPad - http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-53150 contains the same typographical errors in 3 locations. An examination of the text file associated with the current driver has the correct version number of 1.75.

2)   Broken links: All entries for ThinkVantage Client Security Solution  result in a screen that says:

“Could not locate the requested document”.

You may do it other way for easier to track. For example, split the reported issue into 3 different threads:

1) Links lead to  "Could not locate the requested document.":

2) Wrong entries in the driver matrix of X30, X31, X32

3) Links under "Notes" are dead...

Forum Software? Maybe a glitch during that time you encountered the issue?

Nearly one month is gone since my last bug-report above but there are still the files missing

Only the BIOS-simulator has been fixed and works worse than good

Driver download is not working with Opera browser. When I press that small black arrow pointing right, the "box" just won't open. This should be fixed too.
