-Inbox Message not cleared after email is Read?-

After a new Message is read -Inbox- it seems to not clear the count (still shows as NEW) even after re-freshing and opening new pages.

I found if I click the lenovo community and refresh at the home page level, the envelope turns back white.

Got it!

 I initially looked at the first email from the main page under "PM's" and did not notice the change in color of the envelope for new emails. After I read the email it was still showing "White" (again, never saw it change color-on my second email I saw it turn orange-) and still showing a count of one.

I guess I am used to other forum counters were the email count will not show unless is a new message and will return to none once the emails are read (same in outlook). I get the concept on this one, just works a little different.

If I understand this correctly, the counter will remain to indicate the number of messages in your inbox?
Perhaps, rather than use different colors, the envelope icon could change into on 'open envelope' after they are all read?

Why even show how many messages there are if they are all read anyway?  Nobody cares how many messages they have in their box if they have already been read.
