WHAT IS THE %SCORE FOR THE USER?

i saw scores being given to users in their profiles with a percentile can anyone expalain what is it exactly?and the purpose of it?

I've looked at several profiles (including mine and yours) and don't see anything about % score.  Can you give me an example?

actually i was just looking at a profile who is the 10,000th member to join i searched for the member and he had a score of 100%

when i searched for my own name i had a score of 23%

Oh, search - I was just looking at profiles.

I have no idea what it means.  Probably something to do with how well the results line up with the search terms although I would have expected searching on a username would get a score of 100%.

The search and reporting features for users in Lithium's software leave a lot to be desired.

The less than 100% can result due to a number of factors.  Sometimes if a user has multiple roles, (which is how the forum manages permissions) they will show less than 100%.

It is nothing deragatory about your user ID.

Don't feel bad samavedam, I searched for myself and I only get 16% and I don't feel bad about it.
