I placed my order for a Y570 on July 3rd. I figured , 'plenty of time before I leave for college'. Apparently not. The shipping date of my order has changed every 4 days. Once it's the day to ship out again, it moves back. It has now been 44 days since I placed this order! I have had three different 'agents' guarantee me three different shipping dates. All of which have come & gone with no luck. I have had them tell me it's boxed & ready to go, then two days later that it's out of stock. I leave for college in exactly one week, if I'm leaving with this computer it NEEDS to ship out TODAY. The agents can't tell me anything about the status of my computer other then what I see on the 'order status'.
I demand coherent service.
