ATI / NVIDIA / INTEL

[ Edited ]
It would be wise to take ATI's advice on using your manufactures GPU driver rather than the newest driver from say ATI / NVIDIA / INTEL. I know this is from ATI but why would it not be the same for Nvidia / Intel? I would recommend taking there advice to prevent many GPU related issues many of users face. Re: ATI / NVIDIA / INTEL

this is true for ATI/NVIDIA drivers and most drivers to prevent conflict with laptop hardware. Lenovo tests their drivers extensively to prevent driver conflicts and to make sure they work correctly, and even then there are cases where drivers don't work correctly with certain hardware combinations.
