Bluetooth Connectivity

I have an IBM Think Pad T42... 2378DXU... I downloaded and installed the bluetooth upgrade from Lenovo when my computer got wiped out by Norton Anti Virus program.. I am running Windows XP with Service pack 3 and I have a Samsung Phone that worked perfectly with my computer for surfing the web till that happened...My phone can recognize and connect to any other bluetooth device.. but I can't seem to get it to pair with my computer...

 

Can anyone out there tell me what I need to do to make this work?
