I also have had a constant battle trying to get my cashback , filled in the form was given a reference number for confirmation of my participation and then receive an another email stating that i need to re submit as they have no record. I have sent a number of emails and am lucky if i get a reply, please can Lenovo administrators chase this up for me, its so unfair when you promise this cashback and make it impossible to claim it. Am very unhappy with lack of customer service. Michelle Clements

if you haven't already, please send Katarina a personal message. You can do this by clicking on her member name, which will open her profile, and then select to "send this user a private message" which you will see on the top right side of the window.

Are there any other more users having a problem?
I've bought my Edge in mid December and filled the form on January.
It's funny, I get an e-mail ( lenovo-promotions@techprotect.de) from them (March 15) in my language to give them my bank details then they reply to me don't have a record of me at all.
Now they haven't replied on my e-mail on the 28th of March.
I'll give Katrina a pm as well

Several of us here have not managed to get a refund!
The first message was reassuring, but the following remain unanswered now, and the last Lenovo representative informed me that they had bigger fish to fry ...
Of course, there's always the legal solution .... etc. .. but that's a lot of hassle for not much. Personally, for me Lenovo is history!
This is a big marketing error which undermines the brand.
I'm a computer reseller, and now I know what to tell my customers!

Le premier mail était rassurant mais les suivants restent maintenant sans réponses, et dernèerement , un représentant lenovo m a informé qu ils avaient dautres chats à fouetter...
Bien sur, il reste la solution de la plainte avec tribunal ..etc .... Beaucoup de soucis pour pas grand chose. Personnellement, pour moi : Lenovo c est de l histoire ancienne !
Je suis pour autant persuadé qu il s agit d une erreur marketing grossiere qui décrédibilise la marque.
Etant moi meme revendeur informatique, je sais désormais le discour à tenir à mes clients !

When my claim wasn't paid within the timeframe specified I e-mailed on 18/4 to be told:
Hi Adrian,
I've contacted the new vendor of the promotion ( Techprotect )- you should receive an notification about proceeding your claim shortly.
I don't know what Lenovo's definition of patience is but I have certainly lost all semblence of patience with them. Short term profit, but I vote with my feet, I won't be buying another Lenoveo product again, and anyone that asks for advice will be told of my experience. Disgracceful is about right.
