Lets try this. Some months ago I bought a Lenovo notebook and was entitled to cash back. I have sent all the information asked but have never received any cash back. I sent also emails asking why have I not received the cash back but the emails have never been answered.
Would you answe this one, pls?

I have two cashback orders in (as the laptops were bought at seperate times) LEN-10002773-7 & LEN-10002824-7.
These were cancelled as they didn't receive proof of purchase even though it was attached when the form was initially filled out.
I have emailed them four times over the past three weeks and never get a reply.
I buy quite a lot of Lenovo kit for where I work and have never had any problems - I suppose it's right that you see a companies true colours as soon as you start to have problems.

Due to the big success of the cashback promotion the vendor TechProtect is currently facing slight delays in payments.
Please be patient and await the payment of claims which are entitled for the cashback within next three weeks.

Hi Katarina, thanks for that but in my case the orders were cancelled and they are also ignoring my emails.
Difficult to be patient when there is no word or reply from the company don't you think?

I'm in the same position -I've got four claims for £100 each which have been achknowledged back in March, but no money has been received, and they don't answer my emails. I can send you my references numbers but how do I get a PM to you?
