We purchased an IBM laptop a couple of years back and added an extended warranty as insurance. The laptop has never worked properly and despite talking with a dozen or more technical support people, exchanging well over 30 emails, spending at least 15 hours on phone conversations plus waiting on hold many times, several trips to the service depot and several more visits by the service technician, we have now been without a working system for over eight months.
Lenovo has steadfastly refused to replace this system and despite us offering to buy a new system at a discount from them, they instead have chosen to waste both our time and theirs in a seemingly never ending run-around trying to patch up an obviously "lemon" computer system.
We originally purchased this relatively high-end system at a premium price thinking that it would ensure a trouble-free experience and would provide us with a reliable computer system backed by the quality IBM service that was so essential for our work purposes. It seems that nothing could be farther from the truth, and we have since learned from this horrible experience that no one should ever purchase a Lenovo product.

N-Crowd,
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Let's try to help...
First, what system do you have? And what is the problem you are having with it?
If you have had multiple service events and it is still unresolved, I'd like to look into this and see how we can bring this to a successful resolution.
Please send me a private message with your details. I need your contact information - name, address, phone, the system model type and serial number, any service case numbers you have, and a clear explaination of the issues that you want resolved.
Thanks for sharing your situtation so that we can help.
Best regards,
Mark

Hi,
please if possible provide some information on the systems, and the issues, that you have experienced with thouse systems.
We might check, what is going on.
Please note, that in case you have contacted the 1st line support, then on this forum are sometimes also the developers and the technical owners of the systems, so we maych check what is going on.
In case this was just one time post then please let us know, so that we can react accordingly.
Unfortuantely with a general description it's hard to focus on the propper answer to your situation.
Cheers
