Download Pictures off Samsung 16GB Phone Chip

I have a chip from a phone because they couldnt transfer my photos to my new  phone.  How do I upload the pictures to my laptop from chip? It is a Samsung 16GB Micro  SDHC

if your laptop has an SD card reader insert the card you should get a popup double click this

 when it opens there maybe more folders just open them until you find your pics

does your laptop have an internal card reader? most card readers will read SD cards, in which case get a microSD to SD adapter. If your laptop doesn't have a card reader, get an aftermarket one that has microSD slot.

Most phones with a microSD come bundled with a microSD to SD adapter.
