I bought a new ThinkCentre Edge 91z two weeks ago. Sometimes, I found my Lenovo Ultraslim 2.4G wireless mouse is not moving smooth (the mouse pointer is not moving smooth/ delay in windows 7) . Later, the Ultraslim keyboard also no respond. Then, i need to plug out the usb receiver and plugin again, the problem can be solved.
I have tried to plug the USB receiver to another USB port, but the problem is still occur ocasionally. Then I move the whole set of Ultraslim keyboard and mouse to other PC, it 's work fine and no this problem. I also tried to re-install the windows 7 by recovery disk, but no luck.
Does anyone encounter this same problem? Not sure the problem is related to the win7 driver or anything else.
Please help! Could Lenovo support to investigate this problem (91z model with ultraslim mouse)?

Hi,
Since yesterday I am facing the same problem. Have replaced batteries. Re-installed drivers. Sometimes mouse works after I have plugged in USB keyboard or the other way round, wireless keyboard works after plugging in USB mouse.
This morning everything woked fine again. After some time both mouse and keyboard stopped. Could they go into some kind of sleep mode? Could phones (mobile, cordless) on table 'irritate' keyboard/mouse?
Cheers and best regards.

Yes, Inserting new batteries was first thing I did.
However, some Lenovo config icon in task bar indicated batteries only 20% charged right afterwards. Funny. Am using Logitech USB keyboard/mouse now. The Lenovo wireless keyboard does not have an on/off switch. A manual that I found on the Web last night says one should remove the USB receiver/transmitter dongle in order to save batteries. Funny, too.

Could someone experiencing the problem please try the following to see if it makes a difference? It's been a solution for similar, but not the same, situations I've come accross.
In device manager disable Windows ability to cut the power to the USB hubs.

I am also having the same issue.
Have tried the following:
All of the above has not resolved my issue.
The keyboard cuts out intermittently. A dongle pull and reinsert fixes the issue.
The mouse gets skippy, but never cuts out.
I've logged a service call, and they're giving me a new keyboard and mouse. Not sure if it will help to be honest, because I have about 20 of these units around the office, and most of them are having very similar issues. Some worse than others.
I think we need more info on this issue from Lenovo!
