I tired ophtrack and I tried f1 re: cmos dir-how can I get back into my cmptr if forgot pwd?

Can I boot into safe mode..if so what function key is that?

I figure if can do that go to control panel and change pwd on admin and get in the 

clear with my machine again?

F8 gets you into safe mode but you'll still need to know the user password.
