Is 1877-453-6686 phone support number working?

I bought a G570 labtop for 4 months and the screen is no longer working. I called the technical support centre, they said that they only take care thinkpad, no ideapad, and they gave me the number 18774536686 to call. I called the number every day. And nobody pick up the phone. I'm so mad right now!!!

Do you still face the same problem with 18774536686 now? May i know what time and which days you tried calling as well as how long you stayed in the line. These will be helpful for i can share the same info with person in charge.
