I try so many times to send my invoice copy to lenovo_pop@suth.com , but always failed and display the information as below.
(This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
lenovopop@lenovo.suth.com )
Had anyone had seen it before? How to fix it ? Appreciate it~~~

In regard to your question, may I know how you get this email in the first place?

I was given the same email address when I talked to the support people today.
I'd also like to know if it's a valiemail address, as it doesn't seem to be related to Lenovo at all.
Is it safe to send a copy of my invoice to "lenovo_pop@suth.com" or is this some scam?
Thanks,
A

suth.com resolves to Sutherland Global. Lenovo uses them for warranty support services. So the email address seems legit, especially if you are talking to them about something warranty-related.
A lenovo.com email address would be less confusing for us...
Hope this helps!
