It all started when my hard drive needed to be replaced. I shipped my laptop to the repair center, the one that was returned was not my laptop. I noticed something odd when there wasn't a battery and the profile settings on the laptop were totally different. Later I confirmed serial numbers weren't the same. Called customer service several times. The majority of the time they would tell me that they are looking into the issue and will have someone call me back. No one called me back when they said they would. Finally they found that they indeed had swapped my laptop and I had to send back the one I received. They sent my laptop to someone in India and he had mine.
When I finally received my laptop back, the VGA adapter was bent and my video display wasn't working properly. At this point my case was escalated to the Customer Complaint Resolution center. I had a Ricky and Janice assigned to my case. They told me for my troubles they would upgrade my RAM. I have not received any RAM upgrade as promised.
After speaking with Janice we scheduled again for my laptop to be shipped back and the motherboard was replaced. I again received my laptop and although the VGA port is fixed, the video display has got worse.
Since then I have tried to reach out to Janice who has not responded to me at all. I have called her and written her an email numerous times. NO RESPONSE!!
I also called the customer service line where the supervisor in Singapore/Thailand, wherever they are, was rude and said that they cannot assist me because my case has been escalated. So then who will help me because no one is responding back!!!! I am all out of options and resources. The most complicating and frustrating thing is how unresponsive Janice and Lenovo has been. Please help or give me suggestions on what steps to take next.
