Lenovo Hong Kong replaced my x220 IPS lcd with a TN

I told them it is a TN, but they said they had followed the spec.......

HW ID: LEN40E0 

Could someone from Lenovo help me?!

I paid extra $50cad for an IPS and IPS is 100% better than a TN

One thing I don't understand: where does Lenovo Hong Kong come into the picture, since you're in Canada? Could you give us some more details on the whole experience?
