Tracking number

Hello,

    After many delays,phone calls and e-mails my laptop finally shipped! So I got my tracking number and what not but it's not working yet. I was just wondering how long does it take for my tracking number to start working?

Its been more than 24 hours and my tracking isn't working either. I did some research on previous topics on this forum, and the tracking number given isn't even valid. I hear it must contain "1Z"...

Mine doesn't have any letters in it. =/

I guess I have an invalid tracking number?

I think I'll wait one more day before asking them for a new one.

mine is all numbers too which probably shouldn't be for a UPS tracking number.

When I click on the tracking number it simply just says there's no shipment with that number. When I actually go and and try tracking it manully I get the 'invalid number" and it shows me an example. Is it like that for you as well?

Btw what laptop did you order? I got the Ideapad Y580 forgot which model =/

Yeah same problem. I got the Y580 too, model: 20993AU.

Post on this thread if you get your tracking number/Laptop. So I have an idea of when mine's coming ;D

Hey @armon and @Equinocs,

Orders shipping to our Canada customers will begin with a freight reference number (should start with the number 5) when it leaves China. Once if reaches Canada, UPS will assign the tracking number beginning with the 1Z... It usually takes about 5 days for the update to occur. If you want to send me a PM with your order numbers I can see if I can get some more details for you so you can have an estimated delivery attempt.
