Any one can help me to faster up my U310 Dead On Arive unit warranty claim!?
Already send in to Service Center on 27/06 until today status still pending!!??
The unit is send to Penang service center, the service note serial no 148899.
The model is Lenovo Ideapad U310 59335872 Grey, serial no is QBxxxxxxxx, Invoice date is 25/06/2012.
Problem is LCD frame on the left side center is no fixed.
But now the unit already send in about 14 workings day (no included SAT and SUN)!!
11/07/12 call in to check with the person in charge just have a answer "wait for LENOVO" status is pending!!??
What answer it is after 14 workings day!!?
Extremely disappointed with the responded speed from LENOVO!!
I want BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT unit + extended warranty given!!
Very NOT FARE to me, get the Ultrabook like never have before!!!
I already WAIT for TOO MANY DAY!!
