Hi,
I bought an extend to my existed warranty from UK eServicePac Support after asking them if it possible "and the answer is YES, it's possible". And then someone for the costumer service told my that I have a problem!

we are writing with regards to your recent submission under the authorization number ************.. Your registration ended up in duplicate submission error , as the serial number L3B**** had already been successfully registered under the different authorization number and for the different customer. To rectify I would kindly ask you to double check the label attached at the bottom of your machine, and resubmit. However should the machine details be correct please send us the invoice (quoting both machine type, and serial number), and we will amend our records accordingly. Thank you

Do you have any other numbers written under the 2764-CTO? AFAIK there should be. The first four "2764" should be the same, the last three will differ to "CTO" Try re-registering with the other numbers / letters, if they're there.

No, it's CTO, and I have the serial number, but I make it hidden. Do you need it?

Could you take a look in BIOS to see what it says, press F1 at boot. You should see a system unit identity number, (or similar), which begins with "2764", please post the three letters or numbers which immediately follow this.
Please do NOT post the last 7 charachters of the UID as they are your s/n.
