What's with this button?

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop G560 model and I can't find an explanation for the symbol that's on the button between the Alt and Ctrl buttons. I thought that the instruction manual that came with the laptop would indicate what it means but no luck. I tried to see if Lenovo would have something on their web site under my model number but again no luck. I suppose I could just press the button and see what happens but I'm a firm believer in the old axiom "Look before you leap" Could someone please enlighten me? Thx

If you mean to the right of the "space" bar,
that has the same function as right clicking something.
