I talk with one of the agent and he helps me to upgrade my warranty and i am not listening well. I remember he gives me a transaction number. Now I have my transaction number, should i call them or is there anyways?

In Singapore, it's slightly different. They call it Case Number (perhaps easier to understand for most customer).
The agent would confirm your address, record problems and arrange a time.
The engineer would call you 1 hour or so to confirm your address / availability before reaching your place.
