i think quote can only be done through a Lenovo rep now.

lead_org is correct.   quotes can only be created through reps now whether it be on the phone or via live chat.   quotes are good for 14 days.

the easiest method is as follows:

- create an account if you don't already have one

- log in

- configure your system, apply a coupon if applicable, and save the cart

- click the 'live chat' button, politely request that a quote be created, and provide the rep with your cart ID

- if you can't find your cart ID, click the 'update' link on the cart page (step 4 of the build process) and it will be shown

a quote will then be emailed to you.   you have 14 days to click the link and check out before it expires.
