How far backwards compatible is the latest version of the WinDVD software? The Lenovo website seems to indicate as far back as the T60.

Does anyone know whether it will work on T4x series Thinkpads?

Just a quick question. As this is a winDVD update, does a previous version have to have been previously installed?

yes, you'll need a previous copy.   lenovo did this to prevent non-IBM/lenovo users from downloading the full version of winDVD for free.
