cannot download Adobe Flashplayer

I cannot download Adobe Flashplayer. Message reads ''only one instance of this application can run?

I ahve lenovo laptop and am running windows 7. Can any one help?

Still no luck. Adobe Reader download worked bur still no Flashplayer. Thanks anyway!
